Main Modules

Vessels: allows consignees to register ships and share electronically the certificates that ships must carry on board according to IMO recommendations.

Calls: it enables the management of port calls and berths, from the request by the consignee to the authorization by the Port Authority.

FAL forms according to IMO standards: general declaration, cargo declaration, ship’s stores, crew effects, crew list, passenger list and dangerous goods manifest.

ISPS: a crucial component in the maritime security framework. This form details the security measures in place, allowing for an early assessment that ensures maritime safety.

Maritime Health Declaration: collects data related to the state of health on board a vessel both upon arrival at port and throughout the voyage.

Clearances: provides real-time updates on the status of clearance processes by various authorities, such as customs, patrol police, harbour master, etc.

Waste: to pre-notify waste delivery at the port, fostering efficient and coordinated management among the various organizations engaged in collection and disposal, and to document the waste delivery report.

Search and Rescue: facilitates the exchange of relevant information between maritime authorities and stakeholders to ensure effective search and rescue operations.
