The “LogisPort | Towards port efficiency and sustainability” conference takes place on September 22nd. Organised by Logistop and the Port of Barcelona, the event aims to promote the adoption of sustainable practices and the integration of digital technologies to drive a more efficient and environmentally friendly future in the port area.
The conference will be held at the World Trade Center at the Port of Barcelona and will involve prominent leaders and experts in technologies applied to the logistics sector.
The keynote speech to open the conference will be given by the President of the Port of Barcelona, Lluís Salvadó, and the managing director of Logistop, Tomás de la Vega. During the course of the event, roundtable sessions and an interview space will facilitate discussions of key issues for the industry.
Prodevelop will participate in the first roundtable, entitled “The future docks in the port: driving digital transformation”. We will enjoy the company of Ruth Pablo, Digital Manager of the Port of Barcelona; and Airam Rodríguez, CEO of Hiades Bussines Patterns. For our part, Miguel Montesinos, CEO, will represent Prodevelop. Carlos Rue, head of Innovation of the Port of Barcelona, will act as moderator.
Not to be missed, the event provides an excellent opportunity to network, generate contacts, start new relationships and define a path to improve the day-to-day business of the sector in a sustainable way, through digitalisation.
