LIFE16 ENV/ES/000287: AGROGESTOR “COLLECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF CROPS AT THE SERVICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS RELATED TO THE USE AND QUALITY OF WATER”
The aim of the project is to reduce the environmental impact in irrigated agriculture through a decision support system that facilitates effective and sustainable COLLECTIVE MANAGEMENT, with two specific environmental objectives: efficiency in the use of water, and quality of water bodies. The consortium is made up of five Agricultural Research Institutes (INTIA, IFAPA, ITAP, IRTA, NEIKER), the AEMET Agency and Prodevelop as SMEs specialising in the development of ICT solutions.
The results of the LIFE AGROGESTOR project will be a decision support platform for managers.

Environmental Sensing To Act for a Better quality of Life: Smart Health (Environmental measures for a better quality life: intelligent health).
The objective of ESTABLISH is to convert data from environmental sensors, in the field of cities and homes, into information on which to develop intelligent adaptive services that offer a real-time response adapted to specific users and their application needs.
Prodevelop participates in the work package of intelligent city pilots and providing developments in the fields of geospatial information visualization, integration with urban sensor networks and public data sources and the deployment of the pilot in the city of Valencia.

Cloud data-intensive application development with iterative quality improvement: DICE.
DICE aims to define an open-source framework for the quality-oriented development of Big Data applications. It offers a new UML profile and tools to help software designers to reason about the reliability, security and efficiency of information-intensive application. The DICE methodology includes quality assessment, architectural improvement, continuous testing and agile delivery according to DevOps methodology. It has been applied to the POSIDONIA OPERATIONS © product for real-time vessel tracking.

CITISIM: A Smart City 3D Simulation And Monitoring Platform
Smart Cities’ infrastructure planners, whether they are companies or municipalities, need to develop services and deploy them to monitor and control cities.
CITISIM is an infrastructure for monitoring and control that can be adapted to a specific subject (traffic, pollution, mobility, energy consumption, etc.). It allows support to be given to decision making on the subject matter developed.
Unlike other platforms developed by research laboratories, CITISIM makes use of natural interaction using 3D visualizations and augmented reality.

3DSAFEGUARD – Global Situational Awareness in Rescue, Calamity and Inspection Operations.
Currently, calamities such as fires, bomb threats and infrastructure accidents occur with some frequency. Organizations such as firefighters, police, hospitals etc. work together, but information about their actual actions and exchange of information between organizations is limited.
3DSafeguard proposes a solution for the global management of emergency situations that includes the operation of both individual agents and commanding coordinators. This management is based on the knowledge of the situation given by a flow of data from sensors, communication between all the elements and structured visualization that offer assistance to actions and decision taking.

Testomat – The Next Level of Test Automation.
It improves de quality of software development processes through the automation of tests, taking into account the ease of change and the publication of new product versions.
A delicate balance will be sought between two opposing forces: striving for reliability and agility. The TESTOMAT project will support software teams to achieve the right balance by increasing the speed of development without taking into count the quality. The project will finally result in a Test Automation Improvement Model, which will define the key areas for improvement in test automation, with the focus on measurable improvement steps.

APPS: Advancing Plug & Play Smart Surveillance.
Current maritime surveillance systems use technologies such as radar, AIS identification and the use of visual sensors. However, these present limitations as the non-detection of smalls vessels and the sensors do not have 3D capabilities.
APPS will be an Intelligent surveillance system of the future for the support of intelligent 2D/3D operation to prevent illegal maritime activities in coastal areas and ports through a Plug & Play architecture using heterogeneous sensors that complement radar and a CEP that allows the analysis of suspicious behaviour by using machine learning techniques.

eventwatcher: Your social media Companion
Eventwatcher is a web platform for the promotion and management of all type of events in a city that will allow to analyse the impact of these events in the city in real time. It takes into account heterogeneous sources of information from social networks, open data portals, IDE and other open data services. It is complemented with a mobile application to enhance the participation of citizens and tourists in the event of the city and the enrichment of the platform through the content of the event generated by the users.

The purpose of the GEONIMBO project has been to research and develop an experimental framework for the construction of state-of-the-art multi-platform mobile services and applications. It uses geospatial technologies distributed among devices and services based on Cloud Computing.
This framework is oriented to provide professional services and applications with a real added value, which make intensive use of geospatial information. We are looking for the latest generation of tools to improve our current geospatial application offering on a wide range of mobile client devices.

3D VIRTUAL GLOBE FOR MOBILE DEVICES BASED ON A UNIVERSAL INTERFACE. 3D CONTENT REPRESENTATION, INTEGRATION WITH SCENES SERVICES, OGC STANDARDS AND Globe3M AUGMENTED REALITY SYSTEMS.
The objective of the project is the development of an innovative 3D scene display system through virtual balloons, through the generation of an Open Source system, implementing access to 2D and 3D information services through standards, and ensuring accessibility from the different platforms of existing mobile devices.

Real-time architecture and distributed intelligence for IMPONET smart grids
IMPONET is focused on the strategic and technical requirements demanded by electricity markets worldwide: smart grids, smart metering, peak demand management, demand response and real-time monitoring. It proposes a flexible and scalable software platform that allows the acquisition, processing and management of the large amount of information on energy measurements, real time measurements and wave quality that will come from the deployment of smart meters and the monitoring of the distribution network.

SITAC (“Social Internet of Things – Apps by and for the Crowd”) aims to create an integrative architecture and an “ecosystem” that includes platforms, tools and methodologies to facilitate the connection and cooperation of different types of entities connected to the network, whether systems, machines, devices or people with personal mobile devices such as tablets or mobile phones. It also aims to provide an open platform that allows these stakeholders to capitalise on their products and services (infrastructures, sensors, benefits).

New web distribution and marketing techniques for new types of repositioned and interoperable digital content: GEOSTORE.
The main technological objective of the GEOSTORE project was the industrial research in new types of repositioned digital content such as 3D models and augmented reality and in defining new techniques for packaging and web distribution of these digital contents, which facilitate new business models.

SUSTAINABLE TREATMENT IN BUILDING: SOSTRE
The main objective of this project is to perform industrial research into precise models for calculating the energy demand needs of buildings. It is based on building modelling and design technologies and 3D analysis of the location of buildings in the field, in order to obtain estimated energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere, with the aim of minimising energy consumption from a passive point of view. On the other hand, research is also being carried out into 3D geospatial analysis techniques to obtain landscape impact studies that are impossible to think of with current technologies, but necessary according to existing regulations.

WOO: WEB OF OBJECTS.
WOO aims to promote, within the framework of the Internet of Things (IoT), a Web of Objects that facilitates the development of intelligent distributed applications that combine information from various application domains that are currently isolated from each other: climate control, energy efficiency, lighting control, smart meters, and video surveillance. The aim is to simplify the deployment, maintenance and operation of objects and applications based on the Network of Things infrastructures.

FastFix developed a platform to allow support to the maintenance of software applications. It allows to obtain better information about the context where errors occur, a stack trace for the reproduction of an error, to organize the errors detected with its automatic registration in a ticket system, to provide clues about possible causes or solutions for the errors detected, to learn from the errors that occur and solutions that are provided so that the platform learns as it processes errors. It was applied to the ESPIGON © port management product.

BAAS: Intelligent building as service.
Baas offers an open and flexible architecture and software platform for the configuration, operation and maintenance of intelligent building infrastructures, equipped and controlled with heterogeneous systems. The demonstrator has a series of devices capable of automatically and autonomously managing the lighting of some rooms depending on their use at any given time. In addition it provides measurements for the management of temperature, humidity, brightness and presence, and a 3D viewer of the building. It was tested in the municipal facilities of Patraix (Valencia).

DOCKING-ASSIST: it improves the efficiency and security of a port by using an innovative wireless communication system. It also improves the navigation of vessels with differential positioning system by satellite.
DOCKING-ASSIST aims at the construction of a low cost PPU (Portable Pilot Unit) based on Wimax for docking manoeuvres with precision to the centimetre using a differential positioning system by satellite (PDGNSS). It helps decreasing the manoeuvring time of the boats inside the port and to increase their performance with a minimum investment. The project reduces fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and the environmental impact of maritime transport. It was applied to the Port of Cork (Ireland).

Multimodal Intelligent Logistics Transport System.
The STIMULO’s objective is to build intelligent traffic management services by means of real-time prediction of the state of the components of the transport system (infrastructure, vehicles, goods, users, etc.). The main elements of the proposed infrastructure are the simulation model, the mining of data from heterogeneous sensors in real time, the generation of traffic indicators and the use of these indicators together with collective intelligence techniques for the provision of services associated with the transport system that allow for greater efficiency and performance.

ENVIRONMMENTAL AUTOMATIC CHANGE DETECTION SYSTEM
ENACDES was carried out as industrial research on a platform composed of standardized geospatial data sources, algorithms for automatic detection of changes in satellite images and technologies that make use of them to obtain significant parameters for the activation and management of real-time alerts in the event of environmental disasters. On the other hand, research will also be carried out into obtaining models for environmental risk alerts through local data geoprocessing technologies and remote access using international 2D standards such as 3D, LiDAR data, WMS_ Web Map Service, WFS- Web Feature Service, WCS -Web Coverage Service-, WTS -Web Terrain Service-, CityGML, etc.
